I've been using Sprint DSL for quite some time now and I'm very unhappy about the poor performance and customer support. I've been considering switching over to Earthlink can any current earthlink users comment on the performance and support?
John, I've been an Earthlink user for about a year now and I can tell you I'm very happy about the performance, the customer support on the other hand is pretty sub-par.
I was once a Sprint DSL user myself also, I switched over to Qwest 3 months ago and haven't looked back since. The price is a little high compared to some of the other services but it's definitely worth it, great performance and support. Check it out!
Speakeasy is the only provider currently available to me, Verzion says they'll probably be available within the next few months. Is it worth paying the extra 20 or so bucks a month so I can get my connection now? can any speakeasy users comment?
